Our 15 step process to reduce risk, remove stress, and deliver an exhibit that performs on the show floor and beyond.

01You Need a Booth

It hits your plate: You’ll be managing your next trade show and you realize you’ll need an exhibit. All sorts of questions are likely to come up: What are our goals for this show? Should I rent or purchase the exhibit? How can I avoid some of the problems and headaches we had at our last event? You decide to reach out to Lakeshore since you heard good things about how we build exhibits and manage tradeshow services.
02Discovery Session

You TALK. We LISTEN.

First, you’ll meet with our Design & Account teams who will listen – REALLY listen – to your exhibit requirements, ideas, goals, budget, and concerns. We’ll gather enough information to translate your unique wish-list into a 3-dimensional environment that represents your brand.
03Exhibit Design Reveal

We SHOW. You SHARE.

Next, we’ll meet again to share a draft of your exhibit design and discuss how well it fits your requirements. What works well? Anything we missed? We love feedback!
04Exhibit Design Revisions

We TWEAK. You ANTICIPATE.

Perfection is rarely accomplished in one try. We’ll incorporate your changes and work toward a final masterpiece. If needed, we’ll “value-engineer” our concept to hit your budget.
05Price Estimate &
Formal Proposal

We PROPOSE. You REVIEW.

You’ll receive a complete digital proposal including our final design concept and an itemized price estimate reflecting each service you requested for your event. Need help managing flooring, electrical, internet, plumbing, material handling, hanging sign rigging, audio-visual, furniture, lighting, or cleaning? No problem – we’ll include it in our estimate.
06Approval

You SAY YES. We CELEBRATE.

07Production
Kick-Off

We WORK. You RELAX.

Our team meets to launch the building of your exhibit. There is usually plenty of excitement and laughter, and occasionally a little sweat – after all, we want your one-of-a-kind brand statement to look just as good as we said it would!

& Art Proofs

You DESIGN? We DESIGN?

Got your own artwork for the booth graphics? Great. Need our help with the creative design? No problem. Our team can serve as an extension of your company and assist with artwork for your booth graphics.
09Engineering &
Fabrication

We BUILD. You PLAN.

We’re getting a little closer to your show now and you’re likely coordinating booth staff, travel arrangements, and at-show promotions. Our Engineers are in full swing creating templates, blue prints, and floor plans to supplement your show service orders. The drawings get handed off to our Shop team, who jumps on fabricating and assembling your one-of-a-kind exhibit.
10Pre-Show
Preparation Call

You ASK. We ANSWER.

The event is almost here! We’ll take a moment to get on the same page so we can exceed your show-floor expectations. What time is your team arriving? What is the labor supervisor’s cell number? What day and time will the exhibit be set up? What about my other boxes arriving at the show?
11Shipping

We SHIP. You PREPARE.

Your exhibit leaves our facility prepped and packed with care, and our trusted freight carriers hit an on-time delivery to the show venue or Advance Warehouse. We track the shipment and send you the good news, as you’ve got other stuff on your plate.
12Install / Dismantle

We SET UP. You STAY CALM.

The day has arrived! With a dedicated supervisor right there by your side on the show floor, you can handle your workload while we take care of installing your exhibit and supervising any other services you hired us for: flooring, electrical, internet, plumbing, material handling, hanging sign rigging, audio-visual, furniture, lighting, and cleaning. We’ll be back after the show to take it all down.

Show-Ready Exhibit

You BREATHE. We SMILE.

The show opens and your exhibit looks even better than you imagined it would. And getting to the finish line wasn’t too bad! Lakeshore took a lot of stress off your plate. Now you can’t wait to welcome hundreds of potential customers into the space to show off your latest innovations.

You TAKE A FEW DAYS OFF.

You’ve earned it! Most of our customers store their exhibit here at our facility. Let us inspect, clean, reconfigure, and manage your booth properties for all your events so you don’t have to.
